We prepare and dispatch seafood orders within 1‑3 business days. All our seafood items require cold‑chain handling, we carefully pack your goods to preserve maximum freshness before shipment.

2.International Shipping & Delivery Time
Our standard international delivery typically arrives within 7‑14 days (delivery time may vary by destination, customs clearance and local logistics conditions). For faster delivery, please select the rush shipping option at checkout.

3.Shipping Cost Calculation & Transparency
Shipping fees are calculated in real‑time based on order total weight, product cold‑pack requirements and shipping destination. Final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout with no hidden fees.

4.Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes set by local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the order recipient. We strongly recommend checking your local import regulations for seafood products before placing your order to prevent unexpected extra costs.

5.Packaging & Shipping Protection
We use professional insulated cold‑chain packaging with ice packs to keep our seafood properly chilled throughout transit and protect goods from damage.
For high‑value orders, optional shipping insurance is available at checkout to give you extra peace of mind for your premium seafood purchase.

6.Delivery Inspection & After‑Sales Service
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you spot damaged packaging, ice‑pack leakage or obvious package deformation, please take clear photos, refuse acceptance and contact our support team right away.
If you discover product quality issues after receiving the parcel, you must contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will review your case and arrange suitable solutions such as partial refund or compensation.
Note: Perishable seafood products cannot be returned for reshipment due to food safety restrictions.
